Can I Rub The Bath Bomb On My Skin?
Please don't rub anything on your skin that isn't for the skin directly! Instructions and warnings for each product are on the packaging/labels. Please read and follow them! This can cause irritation and breakouts.
Can I Eat These Products?
NO! All products are all natural, but are not meant to be digested.
Can I Use These Products On My Children?
Yes. Please be cautious of our ingredients list for any potential allergies. All products are meant for sensitive skin, like my own.
I Forgot To Add A Discount Code To My Order! Can You Add It For Me?
Unfortunately no. If you realize this error within 24 hours of your order, you can cancel your order and repurchase with the discount code. I wish it were easier, but we can only do so much.
Do You Offer Combined Shipping?
Yes! I also offer shipping overage refunds for any orders that may have paid more in shipping than was actually needed. I use Shopify's recommended shipping calculations at the moment.
Can I Make Changes To My Order After It Was Placed?
Unfortunately, no. You can add to a new order and place that one and receive a refund for possible shipping overages (see the question above). You can also choose to cancel your order (as long as it’s within 24 hours), then recreate it correctly. You cannot take away products nor add a discount AFTER the order has been placed.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders less than 2 days old may be cancelled. This does not include any Custom or Wholesale Orders.
If your order is more than 2 days old, No. No exceptions.

How Long Will It Take You To Ship My Order?
Each item is handmade and I usually have a certain amount ready to ship out immediately. Each order takes about 3-5 business days from order date to ship. Orders are dropped off at the post office every day Monday - Saturday.

What Do I Do If My Package Gets Stolen?
AlluringElixirs is not responsible for any stolen packages. USPS insurance does NOT cover stolen packages after it’s been delivered. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you at this point, but, you can reach out to your local police department to notify them of the theft and call your credit card company to see if they can assist you.
Can I Receive Free Products To Review For Your Company?
No, if you want content for your page/site, please support us by purchasing something. We will contact you if I want you to collab with us in that way. If you want to just try out our products, We suggest you purchase something and try it that way. We have plenty of coupon codes floating around, too!
I am a one woman operation so I would appreciate your support and understanding on why I can't always give free products. I do usually include samples in orders when I have extras!
